Daniela Beyrouti has 20 years of global executive search experience with leading international executive search firms in Paris, Los Angeles and Zurich. Passionate about her work, in 2019 she founded Beyrouti & Partner, where she is personally leading the execution of her searches, giving her a unique competitive advantage that results in successful and sustainable placements and allows her to build close and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

She has a first career in international film production in Munich and Rome, and following her entry into executive search, she worked as project and team leader at Heidrick  & Struggles in Paris and as independent entrepreneur in Los Angeles, where she became an expert in recruiting digital talent for a wide range of clients in media, entertainment and technology.

For over ten years, Daniela has been working and living with her two grown-up daughters in  Zürich, a city that is very close to her heart and brings her near her native home in the  Southern Black Forest in Germany. In her free time, she is an active member of the Rotary  Club Zurich Circle International, runs half-marathons and enjoys rowing on Lake Zürich in the early morning.

She holds a Master of Business Administration, which she completed in Paris.

Her native language is German, and she is also fluent in French, English and Italian.

Jacques Amey, a Swiss citizen, is an experienced FMCG C-Suite Executive, Board Member, Investor (start-ups) and Executive Advisor.  With more than 30 years of experience, he looks back on a successful first career and key positions in General Management, Marketing and Sales in international consumer goods companies (Mondelez, Lindt & Sprüngli, Bacardi).

He successfully spent the second part of his career as a Partner in leading executive search firms (Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry International), where he specialized in developing, servicing and advising a broad range of clients in the consumer goods, retail/luxury goods and other consumer-related services sectors in Switzerland and internationally and acted as a trusted executive advisor to multinational companies and private equity funds, with a particular preference for partnerships and family businesses.

Since the beginning of 2023, Jacques has built up a diverse portfolio of activities, which includes his own leadership advisory boutique – Jolimont Advisory – investments in start-ups and mandates as independent Board Member/Non-Executive Director for private and non-profit organizations.

He works closely with Beyrouti & Partner on selected senior executive searches and as Strategic Advisor, supporting particularly on knowledge sharing, business development & mid-long term strategic choices.

Having worked for Executive Management firms for the past 15 years, Aleksandra Gołębiewska gained extensive experience in assessing and coaching the greatest business minds in the executive world. She is using her expertise to serve as a Hogan Assessment and Leadership Advisor to Clients and Candidates of Beyrouti & Partner.

She has spent most of her career at Heidrick & Struggles, where she has led and delivered recruitment, assessment & development, and research projects worldwide and across a wide range of industries including Luxury & Lifestyle, FMCG, Industrial, Life Science, and Professional Services.

In pursuit of her entrepreneurial ambitions, she established her own executive advisory firm in Zurich in 2022, where she offers Executive Career Coaching, Guided Onboarding, Assessment & Development Advisory, and Brand Stewardship Program. She primarily works with executives expanding their scope of responsibilities or transitioning to new roles.

Aleksandra holds a Master of Arts in Polonistics with an extended program in Philosophy and Ethics from The John Paul II Catholic University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF) and a certified user of Hogan, XLNC Leadership Diagnostics, LAQ & LAQ 360, and Leadership Signature.

Aleksandra has lived and worked in Poland, the UK, and Switzerland. As a first-generation white-collar professional, she understands well how diversity and inclusion can enrich working culture and business itself. She finds happiness in progress and is dedicated to helping others improve their lives and careers

Eva Bruderer started her executive search career in 2011 and has been working on numerous national and international search assignment.

A Swiss citizen, Eva Bruderer has a law degree from HSG, the University of St. Gallen (where she was a coordinating member of the St. Gallen Symposium) and worked for the first 5 years in the insurance industry. She then joined the international executive search firm Korn/Ferry International in the Industrial and Technology Practices.

From 2016-2018 Eva Bruderer worked at the executive search boutique firm Odgers Berndtson in Zürich, where as a consultant she worked with Daniela Beyrouti on many senior national and international searches across industries and functions for Swiss and international clients.
