Daniela Beyrouti – Partner, Zurich

Daniela Beyrouti is the founder of Beyrouti & Partner Executive Search. In the twenty years of her diverse executive search experience – working in large, global executive search firms, smaller entrepreneurial search boutiques and her own firm – she has had the privilege of living and working in Germany, France, Italy, the USA and Switzerland. Daniela Beyrouti started her career in international film production in Munich and Rome. Following her shift into Executive Search, she worked as project and team leader at Heidrick & Struggles in Paris and became an expert in recruiting digital talent for a wide range of clients as independent search entrepreneur in Los Angeles.

She holds a Master of Business Administration, which she completed in Paris. Her native language is German, and she is fluent in English, French and Italian.

For the past 10 years she has been working and living with her two grown-up daughters in Zürich, a city close to her heart as it is near her native home in the Southern Black Forest in Germany.
