Daniela Beyrouti is the founder of Beyrouti & Partner Executive Search. In the twenty years of her diverse executive search experience – working in large, global executive search firms, smaller entrepreneurial search boutiques and her own firm – she has had the privilege of living and working in Germany, France, Italy, the USA and Switzerland. This international background has resulted in a large global network of clients, candidates, friends and colleagues and has given her the inter-cultural sensitivity needed to successfully assess candidates and ensure the culture fit with a client organization. Very much of a generalist, she works for clients in Industry, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media/Entertainment, Private Equity and NGOs/Public Health.
Daniela Beyrouti started her career in international film production in Munich and Rome. Following her shift into Executive Search, she worked as project and team leader at Heidrick & Struggles in Paris and became an expert in recruiting digital talent for a wide range of clients as independent search entrepreneur in Los Angeles.
She holds a Master of Business Administration, which she completed in Paris. Her native language is German, and she is fluent in English, French and Italian.
For the past 10 years she has been working and living with her two grown-up daughters in Zürich, a city close to her heart as it is near her native home in the Southern Black Forest in Germany. She is a founding member of the Rotary Club Zurich Circle International, and in her free time runs half-marathons and enjoys rowing on Lake Zurich in the mornings.
Stefanie specializes in the recruitment of cross-functional executive-level and non-executive board searches for the pharmaceutical, CDMO, MedTech and Biotech industries in Switzerland and internationally.
Prior to joining Beyrouti & Partners she worked with industry-leading companies, such as Novartis and Lonza advising and consulting them across Human Ressources, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. In her most recent role at CordenPharma, a fast-growing CDMO with > 2500 employees globally, she led the corporate Human Resources function and Talent Acquisition team, successfully attracting and retaining top industry talents, such as the COO, the Chief Quality & Compliance Officer, the General Counsel and many other positions on C and C-1 levels.
She is an accredited Trainer and Assessor for the Predictive Index Assessment Tool which she applied to identify and match the best talent for her client organizations. She used the tool for Team Buildings, Organizational Change initiatives and individual development programs.
Stefanie holds a master’s degree in Law and an Executive MBA of Science in Communications Management from the University of Lugano (USI), the University of California (UCLA) and Singapore Management University (SMU).
Her native language is German, and she speaks fluent English and French, holding both Swiss and French nationalities.
As a member of the Association “Statistisch Volkswirtschaftliche Gesellschaft in Basel,” Stefanie takes a strong interest in current topics from the world of business and science.
Stefanie lives in Basel, has two grown up children and in her free time she enjoys reading, practicing yoga and playing golf on a competitive level.
Enrica is a senior HR and Talent Acquisition leader, with extensive experience across Fintech, Retail, Digital Media, Travel, and Luxury Hospitality. She is passionate about building teams that are capable of growth, transformation, and delivering a lasting impact on their organizations.
Throughout her career, Enrica managed corporate Talent Acquisition teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Working at the headquarters of multinational companies like Hewlett Packard and Yahoo Inc. she gained invaluable insight into the HR world, and as Director of Talent Acquisition, she personally experienced the challenges of recruiting for C-Level positions from a client perspective. This is how she built a strong ability to understand customer’s needs and respond with agile and tailor-made solutions, a vital component in a fruitful advisory relationship.
In executive search, Enrica uses her wide international experience to help our clients attract and retain the best talent, and support candidates in making the right choices for their career. She aims to create genuine business impact through sustainable placements, where skills meet passion and where both client’s and talent’s values are aligned.
In her free time, Enrica works pro bono, collaborating with some of Europe’s finest institutes, such as EPFL in Lausanne, mentoring young graduates to help them find their sense of calling in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving corporate world.
Born and raised in Italy, she moved to Switzerland where she graduated from EHL, the Hospitality Business School Lausanne and she has been living in Geneva for many years.
Enrica is multilingual, speaks English, French, and Italian, and has dual Swiss and Italian citizenship.
Eva Bruderer started her executive search career in 2011 and has been working on numerous national and international search assignment.
A Swiss citizen, Eva Bruderer has a law degree from HSG, the University of St. Gallen (where she was a coordinating member of the St. Gallen Symposium) and worked for the first 5 years in the insurance industry. She then joined the international executive search firm Korn/Ferry International in the Industrial and Technology Practices.
From 2016-2018 Eva Bruderer worked at the executive search boutique firm Odgers Berndtson in Zürich, where as a consultant she worked with Daniela Beyrouti on many senior national and international searches across industries and functions for Swiss and international clients.
